This interactive 6 week program includes:
• Practical ideas for keeping calm and co-regulating
• Common struggles, community problem solving
• Identifying networks of support
• Accepting what I can and can’t control
• Building a self-care toolbox
PLUS
• A 50 page journal for reflection activities, notes & a host of handy links to vital services for easy reference.
