About Us
Why we do what we do with such passion

Therapea Health was founded by longtime friends Bron and Mary, who, after gaining nearly 60 years of combined experience in the health sector, sought to channel their skills and passion into delivering high-quality, personalized care beyond the constraints of the corporate care model. Recognizing the importance of a better work/life balance for themselves, they empower their team to choose their own days and hours, fostering greater engagement, job satisfaction and long-term commitment to Therapea Health.
Together, they have established a friendly, relaxed and culturally diverse workplace that embodies this flexible approach. Bron and Mary meticulously select professionals who share their character values and service delivery expectation of client-centred care, ultimately resulting in their clients receiving the best possible support on their personal health journeys.
